A Veterans Service Organization (VSO)

Represent veterans before the VA
Communicate with the VA on your behalf

All services are educational and strategic in nature.
2. No Government Affiliation
Stern Bridge LLC and Operation Veterans Edge are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government entity.
All claim decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Use of our services does not create any official relationship with the VA.
3. No Agency or Representation Relationship
Your use of our services does not create:
An attorney-client relationship
A medical provider-patient relationship
A fiduciary relationship
An agency relationship
You remain solely responsible for all claim submissions, evidence decisions, and communications with the VA.
4. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
If you are acting on behalf of a Veteran, you represent and warrant that you have lawful authority to do so.
You must also be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Stern Bridge LLC (Operation Veterans Edge).
5. Scope of Services
Our services may include:
Educational coaching regarding VA claims processes
Guidance on organizing documentation
General information regarding medical evidence considerations
Strategic discussion of claim timelines and procedures
Administrative coordination related to educational services
We do not provide individualized legal opinions or medical diagnoses.
Nothing provided through our website, consultations, emails, text messages, or materials constitutes legal or medical advice.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are charged solely for educational and consulting services.
Fees are not payments for filing, preparing, submitting, or prosecuting VA claims.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, all payments are non-refundable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate agreed terms may result in service suspension.
7. Information Safeguarding
Although Stern Bridge LLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity, we recognize that users may voluntarily provide sensitive personal and medical documentation.

8. SMS Terms and Conditions
