We offer two ways to work with Operation Veterans Edge.
UP FRONT
Pay $1,250 upfront for our complete claim strategy and support program. We accept credit cards and offer financing options.
We’ll work with you until you succeed. If you don’t, you’re protected by our Money Back Guarantee within our Terms and Conditions.
SUCCESS FEE (Pay at the End)
Pay a fully refundable $99.99 commitment deposit, then 5 months of your VA compensation increase, paid over 12 monthly payments after your claim is successful. We cap the total based on your specific state laws.
Example:
If your VA compensation increases by $1,000 per month, our one-time success fee would be $5,000. You may pay that over 12 months for approximately $416 per month with no interest.
Why do we require a commitment deposit?
1. We begin investing in your case immediately.
As soon as you enroll, we begin ordering and reviewing your records, assigning staff to your case, and creating your comprehensive medical summary—a service valued at $250. We incur those costs before your claim is ever filed.
2. It confirms we’re making the investment for a committed veteran.
We believe in veterans and always assume noble intent. The commitment deposit simply confirms that you’re ready to move forward while allowing us to confidently begin investing our time, staff, and resources into your claim.
1. Discovery Call
We start with a quick call to learn about you, your goals, and determine whether we’re a good fit.
2. Choose Your Payment Option
If approved, you can choose to pay up front or use our success-fee option.
3. Team Assignment
You'll be assigned to a coach and at least one operations assistant to guide and assist you through the process.
4. Medical Review
We collect your records and order your comprehensive medical summary from Stern HealthWorks (typically about 14 business days).
5. Personalized Strategy
We build your claim strategy based on your medical evidence, not generic templates or guesswork.
6. Build Your Claim
Together, we develop the evidence, identify any gaps, and help you decide the best path forward.
7. You Stay in Control
Every recommendation is reviewed with you before moving forward. It’s your claim, your decisions.
8. Submit Your Claim
When you’re ready, we’ll explain your no-cost submission options and continue supporting you throughout the process.
The honest answer is: it depends on your specific situation.
We move as quickly as your case allows. The biggest factor isn’t our process—it’s whether your claim already has the medical evidence needed to support it.
Veterans who already have strong medical documentation
If you already have the records and evidence your claim needs, we’ve completed cases in as little as 14–21 days before they’re ready for submission.
Veterans who need additional evidence
Some veterans need to strengthen their claims with additional medical documentation, evaluations, or opinions. Depending on your situation, you may choose to:
- Use the VA
- Use your private insurance
- Use our preferred provider network, which many veterans choose because it can often move the process along more quickly
What should you realistically expect?
Fastest cases: About 14 days with us, followed by approximately 17 days for the VA to issue a decision.
Typical cases: 2–3 months from enrollment to a fully developed claim.
More complex cases: Several months, and in some instances up to 15 months to completion, depending on the evidence that needs to be developed.
Our goal is simple: move as fast as your evidence allows without sacrificing the quality of your claim.
Not every veteran needs a Nexus Letter, Independent Medical Evaluation (IME), or Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ). That’s why we don’t recommend them until after we’ve completed your medical summary and personalized claim strategy.
If your strategy determines that additional medical evidence would strengthen your claim, you have two options:
Option 1: Use Your Own Provider
We’ll provide the guidance, documentation, and instructions your healthcare provider needs to complete the appropriate evaluation, Nexus Letter, or DBQ.
Option 2: Use Our Preferred Provider Network
If you don’t have a provider willing or qualified to complete the documentation, you may choose to use our carefully selected network of independent medical professionals who are experienced in evaluating veterans and preparing high-quality medical evidence.
The choice is always yours. Our role is to help you understand what evidence is needed, explain your options, and support the path you believe is best for your claim.
