Our Fee — Simple, Aligned, and Success-Based

For separated, retired, Guard, and Reserve veterans, our coaching is success-based: one-time fee equal to five (5) months of your monthly increase.
Example: If your increase is $1,000/mo, your success fee is $5,000 (one time). No increase, no success fee.

Payment options: You can pay the success fee from your back pay (if awarded) or spread it over up to 12 months.

Active Duty (BDD): We offer a clear, up-front flat fee tailored to BDD timelines and scope. We accept a small number of these clients at any given time to ensure real coaching and fast turnaround.

Early on, we briefly offered an upfront flat-fee. Then the messages started rolling in from veterans who’d paid elsewhere and felt stranded—no live help, no record review, just links and templates. We decided we won’t be associated with that model. Our success-based approach keeps us aligned with your outcome and lets us scale effort as your evidence picture evolves.

Why we still offer a flat fee for Active Duty (BDD): BDD has a defined scope and timeline. We accept a small number of active-duty clients at any given time so we can provide real coaching, record review, and fast turnaround during a tight pre-separation window.
