Our Fee — Simple, Aligned, and Success-Based
For separated, retired, Guard, and Reserve veterans, our coaching is success-based:
one-time fee equal to five (5) months of your monthly increase.
Example: If your increase is $1,000/mo, your success fee is $5,000 (one time). No increase, no success fee.
Payment options: You can pay the success fee from your back pay (if awarded) or spread it over up to 12 months.

We decided we won’t be associated with that model. Our success-based approach keeps us aligned with your outcome and lets us scale effort as your evidence picture evolves.
