VA Rating Increase Strategy: Build a Stronger VA Disability Claim

Veteran-focused guidance and evidence development to help you pursue a VA rating increase and build a stronger VA disability claim.

We're Ready

VA Rating Increases Are Denied More Often Than Veterans Expect

Every year, veterans apply for a VA rating increase when their service-connected conditions worsen. Unfortunately, many claims are underrated or denied because the medical evidence does not clearly show how the condition has progressed.

The VA rating system can be complex, and small documentation gaps often lead to lower ratings. Veterans can review the official requirements directly on the VA disability benefits website, but many still struggle to translate those rules into strong medical evidence.

Operation Veterans Edge helps veterans organize medical documentation and build evidence-based claims so their conditions are properly evaluated. By strengthening claims earlier in the process, many veterans avoid years of appeals and delays while pursuing the benefits they earned.

Answers to the most common questions

If your claim does not result in a rating increase, you do not pay a fee.

Our one-time fee is only charged after a successful rating increase.

Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs) are often overloaded and many times are not necessarily experts in claims strategy.  When available they do provide a useful service in submitting a claim, but these days in most cases it takes more than filing paperwork to have a chance at success.

Our program is designed for veterans who want additional guidance, strategy, and structured claim development to strengthen their claim before submission.

No. Our fee is not based on back pay.

Instead, our one-time fee is capped at up to 5× the monthly increase in your VA disability benefit, calculated using the single-veteran, no-dependents rate.

You only pay if your rating increases.

When a fee applies, it can be paid as a one-time payment or spread across 12 monthly installments to make it more manageable.

You can cancel within 7 days unconditionally.

After that, you may cancel any time before your claim is filed with 30 days’ written notice.
